3. ONCE IT'S COMPLETE 

Once your listing website is complete we will email you a link to VIEW your new website for your approval. Once approved, we will then transfer the listing website into your account and your monthly hosting of $19.95 will begin. You will have full control to make UNLIMITED changes to your listing website with our simple to use point and click functionality with guided training videos. Do I Build It or Do You Build It?

We build it for you. Our professional website designers will build an incredible listings website just for you and customized for your specific needs. Turnaround time is about 1-2 days.

Maintenance Program (optional $30 per hour, per month):

This option can be added to your monthly plan and it includes updates, minor changes to your website, swap images, etc. The Maintenance Program also includes your SSL Certificate annual renewal and installation which is required to secure your site. 

Listing Maintenance Program (optional $49 per listing):

This option can be added to your monthly plan and it includes adding or updating your listing information and adding up to 25 images in the gallery. If you have multiple listings, we can create additional tabs (pages) so you don't necessarily need another website.

Domain Name (Optional but recommended)

Choose a domain name that fits your business. Your domain name is your identity on the Internet. Make sure you choose a domain name that not only fits your real estate listing website but is also easy to find and promote.

SSL Certificate

*Each Mobile First real estate listing website comes with a SSL Certificate installed at no charge for one year. This means when your agent app is ready to go live, you get the security of having a FREE Comodo DV SSL Certificate. These certificates essentially activate a padlock to allow SECURE connections from a web server to a browser. The standard HTTP is changed to HTTPS, automatically showing it is a secured site. Best of all it increases your Google Rankings. *We provide a free complimentary one year SSL certificate to secure your real estate agent app. After that, it's $29 a year.

Professional Email Address (Additional $3.99 a month)

The email address will use you domain. Each email comes with 4 GB storage. We provide help in setting up and also offer web access to WebMail. Available for all our Mobile First clients.

Can I Cancel?

Yes you can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Keep in mind, when you cancel your subscription, your listings website will go offline and will be suspended. If you have a professional email address with us, that email will also go offline.
